The first meeting of the FELM Advisory Board took place last week, bringing together experts and stakeholders from counselling services, trade unions, academia, ministries, and European institutions.
The meeting marked an important milestone for the project and provided a valuable platform for exchanging perspectives and experiences. Discussions focused on key challenges and opportunities related to labour mobility and worker protection, highlighting the benefits of cross-sector and cross-border cooperation.
The FELM Project Management Team is deeply grateful to all participants for contributing a wide range of ideas, suggestions, and reflections, which will help inform and strengthen the ongoing work of the FELM project. The diversity of expertise represented within the Advisory Board proved particularly valuable and underlined the importance of collaborative approaches in addressing complex labour market issues.
We look forward to continuing this fruitful exchange at the second Advisory Board meeting, which is scheduled for 10 November 2026.
Together, the Advisory Board will continue to support the development of effective strategies and practical solutions for the benefit of mobile and posted workers across Europe.
